Usually when someone says Kahn Design, we automatically think about updated Land Rover models. This time, however, the British tuner is changing things up a bit with a new package based on the BMW X5. This particular model is priced at £23,875 ($38,300 at the current exchange rates), but any customer who owns a 2007+ X5 can order the Kahn package for £2,150 ($3,450 at the current rates).

On the exterior, the most impressive changes are the new Kahn Design RSL wheels in Silver Palladium Finish. Next to the new wheels, the package also includes new front and rear bumpers, wider wheel arches, a sports lowering suspension, and Liquid Red brake calipers.

The interior includes stunning quilted perforated leather interior seats and a Kahn glove box complete with carbon effect inserts. Customers will also get a black Alcantara steering wheel and of course, plenty of "Kahn" badges.[...]

To mark the milestone, the BMW tuning guru has introduced a special edition version of the E60-based M5 Hurricane RR that benefits from a 30-horsepower boost lifting the total output of the heavily-reworked and twin-supercharged 5.0-liter V10 from 789hp (800PS) to 819hp (830PS).[...]

The past few days have been chalk full of tuning programs from German tuner Wheelsandmore, and now they are adding another one in the mix. The first package was called the Lamborghini Aventador "Rabbioso", which was then followed by the Ferrari 458 Perfetto. Now, the third package is based on an even more impressive sports car: the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione.

As usual, the package includes a cool exterior kit, as well as two stages of engine upgrades. The first stage takes the power up to 470 HP, from the standard 450 HP, with the use of an ECU upgrade. Total price for this upgrade is 1680 euro ($2,138 at the current rates). The second stage goes even further to 485 HP. This stage includes an ECU upgrade and a handcrafted stainless steel exhaust system with remote-able valve flaps. The price for this upgrade is 6720 euro ($8,552 at the current rates).[...]

When you have a tuning program that’s being described as ’perfect’ the same way Wheelsandmore is calling the Ferrari 458 Italia Spider "Perfetto", then there’s some serious living up to do to justify that ’perfetto’ claim.

The German tuner went to serious lengths to give the Italian supercar some serious modifications. On the outside, Wheelsandmore fitted the 458 Italia Spider with a plethora of new carbon fiber components on the rear diffuser, the fuel cap, the rear fog lamp frames, mirrors and spoiler fins. On top of that, the supercar’s interior, trunk and engine compartment were all refined, thanks to new side panels, a custom-fit trunk tray, and a final panel for the rear window trim. Even the wheel well and the entire lower floor can be refined to replace the autoclave produced high-performance carbon-fiber components with a matte finish. The addition of all these carbon fiber components resulted in a reduced weight of 30 kg. Rounding out the aesthetic upgrades are a new set of 21" 6Sporz ² forged rims wrapped in Hankook tires.[...]

On the outside, the UK tuner's upgrades are limited to the chunky 22-inch RSL alloy wheels in a Silver Palladium finish that hide new brake calipers in Liquid Red, the tinted windows and new logos on the tailgate.[...]

The Mercedes CLS 63 AMG has been the subject of many tuning programs from some of the best tuners on the market.

Having said that, one lesser known tuning company may have upstaged them all. This is the work of German Special Customs, or GSC for short. It’s called the Mercedes CLS 63 AMG Stealth and if looks could really kill, then prepare to start writing the obituaries.

The body kit includes a number of new components for the German sports luxury car, including the addition of a new front apron with enormous air intakes. There’s also a new spoiler lip, a blacked out grille, a vented hood, flared wheel arches, aggressive side skirts, a rear diffuser, and a new rear spoiler. Putting on the finishing touches on what has to be one of the most aggressive body kits fitted into a CLS 63 AMG is a stealth matte gray finish that only adds to sports luxury sedan’s insane aggressiveness.[...]

Who said that station wagon models aren’t any fun? Edo Competition has released its newest tuning package that takes the Mercedes C63 AMG Station Wagon to new levels of awesome by increasing its output to a total of 600 HP. Top speed also gets a boost up to an impressive 211 mph.

The package includes a new high-performance exhaust system, exhaust headers, high-flow catalytic converters, new air filters, revised engine electronics, and a removal of the top speed governor. As a result, the engine will deliver a total of 600 HP and 501 lbs-ft of torque. Next to the modifications made to the engine, the tuner also added a high-performance exhaust system made entirely from stainless steel.[...]

DMC, which is located in the Germany city of Düsseldorf, has prepared a comprehensive styling and performance package under the name Toro for both the coupe and Spyder body styles of the Italian supercar.[...]

Remember the Audi Q3 Jinlong Yufeng Concept that was revealed at the 2012 Beijing Auto Show? Well, it turns out the German automaker has another Q3 concept SUV in the pipeline: the Red Track Concept.

Taken from its name, the Q3 Red Track Concept has been finished with a fiery piece of Energy Red color, an ironic color choice considering that the concept SUV is being pegged as a winter vehicle. How else do you explain the carbon fiber skis on its roof?

But more than just its supposed purpose, the Q3 Red Track Concept actually looks a whole lot like the Q3 Vail Concept, except that the former has some added aesthetic touches. Either way, the SUV looks all sorts of spicy in that aforementioned Energy Red color.[...]

At one point Jay Leno was a normal gearhead, just like the rest of us. He was working at a car dealership in Massachusetts when he met and befriended a master mechanic and drag racer Paul Annunziata. Jay went on to become a huge TV star and Paul continued on his racing dream.

In the 1970s Annunziata decided he wanted to build a Pro Stock dragster that was also 100 percent street legal. Annunziata succeeded in building his 1,000-horsepower Duster and it went on to win numerous awards.

Sadly, Annunziata was stricken with lung cancer, so he decided it was time to let his Duster go. Instead of selling it to some random collector, Annunziata chose to donate the car to his old-time friend, Jay Leno, under the gentleman?s agreement that Leno would not sell the car.

Jay agreed not to sell the car, but refused to allow Annunziata to just give it to him. In a mutual agreement, Leno paid Annunziata an undisclosed amount for the car and Annunziata did the noble thing and donated the money to a local auto restoration school as a four-year scholarship.[...]

In factory trim, the Q7's 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged V12 diesel engine churns out 493hp (500PS) and 1,000Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque for a zero to 100km/h (62mph) sprint time of 5.5 seconds and a limited top speed of 250km/h (155mph), according to the manufacturer.[...]

Still, even that is not enough for Edo Competition, which is why the German tuning firm has presented a new performance package for Merc's premium station wagon.[...]

Fresh off of their program for the Lamborghini Aventador, German tuning firm DMC is at it again, this time, with a new tuning package for the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4.

Known as the "Toro" program, DMC fitted the Gallardo with a bevy of new modifications, including a lightweight styling kit and a performance upgrade. Talking about the former, DMC gave the Italian supercar new components that are all made out of carbon fiber. These components include a new front spoiler and sword, side sills and skirts, a new rear diffuser, a rear spoiler, a new rear panel, side mirrors, and rounded sills. Rounding out the exterior modifications are a new set of 20" lightweight forged rims.[...]
